FSH-DS628 is the latest Liquid Nitrogen lyophilized bead packing system launched by Guangzhou Ascend.The system can automatically pack lyophilized beads into 8-strips tube、Biodisc、Microfluidic chip、96 well plate、vials、etc. After packing the lyophilized beads separately, The container shall besealed. There are many methods for sealing, such as capping or heated Al-plastic film.
Lyophilized beads have characteristics of small sizestatic electric,brittle, and easy moisture absorbing. Guangzhou Ascend research team analyzed such features and developed its latest automatic bead packing system for large scale automatic beadpacking. The system can be used for automatic bead packing of 1.8-50ul standard bead size range. Guangzhou Ascend technical team analyzed and summarized the above characteristics and developed automatic lyophilized beadpacking system, which is used for rapid packing of lyophilized beads.
