HOW TO USE

In normal situation, choose developer 6% or 20VOL and mix with lightening powder at the ratio of 1:2 in a non-metallic bowl; If you want a higher degree of color like level 9+, you can use developer 9% or 30VOL. Besides, when the temperature is low in winter, mix developer and lightening powder at the ratio of 1.5:1.

  1. Use a non-metallic bowl mix AP MULTI-BLONDE LIGHTENING POWDER with AP RICH DEVELOPER;

  2. Mixing from Ratio 1:5 to 1:2 depending on the bleaching techniques chosen (e.g 0.52oz of powder+1.04oz developer);

  3. Apply the mixture on dry, unwashed hair and process according to the extent of bleaching wanted;

  4. Check results regularly.
