The machine consists of a HMI, PLC, piston pump, pneumatic valve, hopper,
pneumatic nozzle and linear conveyor. It can realize automatic quantitative
filling liquid or cream paste to bottles and cans, mainly meeting the automatic
filling needs of the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, cosmetics industry
and other industries.

Famous brand touch screen, PLC, servo motor, electrical components, etc. are
used to ensure machine system can working stable in long-term. The touch screen
interface is simple and intuitive, and the equipment can be used proficiently
without professionals.
All product parameters can be set on the touch screen
The piston pump (rotor pump, gear pump optional) is used for quantitative
filling, with high filling accuracy
The linear design is suitable for rapid adjustment and replace with various
size of bottles
Equipped with anti-drip tray to prevent material from dripping onto the
bottle or conveyor
The whole machine is compact, occupies a small footprint, and is equipped
with universal wheels for easy movement
