We select high-quality glutinous rice powder blended with fresh wormwood extract, giving the pastry its natural green color without artificial pigment. Each bite carries a light herbal fragrance paired with soft, springy and bouncy mouthfeel, moderate sweetness that won’t feel greasy.

This product is fully pre-cooked and fast-frozen to lock in freshness. The cooking process is extremely simple: no thawing required. Remove packaging and steam over boiling water, then it is ready to serve in a short time. It greatly saves kitchen labor and preparation time, which is perfect for busy commercial kitchens.

Packed in specification of 300g per bag, 15 bags per carton. Store the product at -18℃ or below for up to 12 months. During cold chain transportation, the temperature should stay no higher than -12℃ to guarantee product quality. It is widely used in hotel breakfast buffets, hotel banquets, enterprise group meals, Chinese and Western fast food restaurants.

Important note: Once unpacked, do not leave it thawing for a long time. Extended thawing will lead to water loss and surface cracking of the cake, affecting texture and appearance.
