Standard CNC Configuration – Estun E320T

The standard Estun E320T control system supports multi-axis coordination, including X/Y1/Y2/R axes and other configurable axes. Combined with linear encoder feedback, the system provides closed-loop positioning control with positioning accuracy and repeatability of up to ±0.01 mm.

The integrated material and tooling database can calculate key bending parameters according to material type and sheet thickness, including bending force, stroke, and compensation values. This reduces manual parameter calculation and minimizes trial bending during setup.

The controller also supports automatic deflection compensation. When connected with the worktable compensation system, it helps maintain consistent bending angles and straightness across long sheet metal components.

Front Support Arm & Quick Clamp

Tool-Free Quick Mold Change
The quick-clamping mechanism uses a red-handle locking system for rapid tool replacement without conventional bolted fixing. Compared with traditional bolt-mounted tooling, mold changeover time can be reduced by approximately 80%, making the system suitable for high-mix, low-volume production environments.

Repeatable Tool Positioning
The mold clamping components are manufactured from hardened steel and precision-machined for stable positioning accuracy. The tooling can maintain its established position after replacement, reducing the need for repeated calibration and helping minimize trial-piece waste.

CNC Back Gauge / Stop Finger

The back gauge system uses dual servo drives with precision ball screws and linear guides to achieve positioning accuracy of up to ±0.01 mm.

A rigid mechanical structure supports stable back-gauge operation while reducing wear during repeated positioning cycles, contributing to extended service life.

The adjustable stop fingers support X/R/Z-axis positioning and can be configured for different sheet dimensions, part geometries, and more complex bending requirements.

Ball Screw & Linear Guide System

The positioning system combines precision ball screws, heavy-duty linear guides, and servo motor closed-loop control. This configuration provides positioning repeatability of up to ±0.01 mm, supporting consistent dimensional accuracy for precision sheet metal components.

The system is particularly suited to repeat-production applications such as electrical cabinets, equipment enclosures, chassis, and other precision fabricated sheet metal parts where dimensional consistency is critical.

Compared with conventional rack-and-pinion transmission, the ball screw drive provides reduced mechanical backlash and smoother positioning characteristics. Lower backlash helps minimize vibration during high-speed movement, improves positioning response, and can reduce dimensional variation and material scrap in continuous production.
