Triple Shaft Mixer
The triple shaft mixer is engineered for processing medium to high-viscosity materials where flow resistance is high and conventional mixing equipment is insufficient. It integrates multiple mixing actions into a single system, combining high-shear dispersion, bulk blending, and wall-surface scraping to achieve uniform material processing.
Depending on process requirements, the equipment can be configured in multiple functional combinations, such as high-speed disperser + anchor stirrer with scraper, or high-speed disperser + homogenizer + anchor system. This modular structure allows adaptation to a wide range of industrial formulations.

Supports flexible combinations including high-speed dispersing disc with helical blade and anchor scraper system, dual high-speed dispersers with anchor scraper, or high-shear rotor/stator systems integrated with anchor and scraping components. -
Independent drive system for each shaft
Each mixing element is driven separately, allowing precise control of speed, torque, and mixing behavior for different process stages. -
Vertical movement high-speed disperser (optional design)
The dispersing unit can be configured with lifting functionality while maintaining rotation, improving dispersion coverage within the mixing vessel. -
Variable speed control system
Equipped with frequency inverter control, enabling adjustable operating speeds for different material viscosities and process conditions. -
Jacketed vessel design
The mixing tank can be equipped with heating or cooling jackets to support thermal regulation through external heaters or chillers. -
Material construction options
Contact surfaces are available in SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, depending on corrosion resistance and hygiene requirements. -
Sealed operation capability
The system can be designed as airtight, supporting vacuum operation or inert gas protection to meet sensitive processing requirements.

High-efficiency dispersion and blending integration
The high-speed disperser generates strong shear forces to rapidly break down and dissolve raw materials. However, its effective mixing zone is limited in high-viscosity systems. -
Comprehensive material circulation system
The helical blade provides vertical circulation, moving materials from bottom to top, while the anchor agitator drives radial movement toward the dispersion zone. The wall scraper continuously removes material from vessel surfaces, preventing buildup and improving heat transfer efficiency. -
