1、 Product Overview
The HC-1542 series high-power ultrasonic welding machine focuses on the core
welding requirements of large/thick walled plastic products, with a high power
output of 4200W as the core, combined with Japanese original core components and
precise pressure structure design, balancing welding efficiency, strength, and
operational convenience. It is specially designed for industrial scale
production scenarios and suitable for stable welding needs of various large
plastic parts.
2、 Core product features
Equipped with Japanese NTK series imported piezoelectric ceramic transducers,
the energy conversion efficiency is ≥ 92%, the rated power output fluctuation of
4200W is ≤± 2%, and the energy penetration is strong, which can meet the stable
needs of deep fusion of large plastic parts;
The body adopts a "reinforced anti tilt frame+coaxial direct pressure
transmission structure", with a frame deflection of ≤ 0.3mm and a pressure
application error of ≤± 0.5bar, effectively reducing the force deviation during
welding of large products and assisting in improving welding consistency;
4200W high power with a working frequency of 15kHz, with a maximum welding
area of up to Φ 350mm, suitable for welding larger plastic products. The weld
seam is smooth and uniform, and the welding strength meets industrial assembly
standards;
The core electrical components (such as imported PLC controllers,
high-precision air pressure valves, and high-quality relays) and key parts are
all selected from high-quality imported components in the industry. They undergo
a triple quality control process of "24-hour component aging testing+72 hour
continuous operation testing of the whole machine+welding accuracy calibration"
to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment;
Innovative screw adjustment design, paired with scale style markings, makes
mold installation and process parameter debugging convenient and efficient,
which can shorten the preparation time for mold replacement and improve
production efficiency;
The body adopts an integrated mechanical structure layout, designed to
balance stability and ease of operation, effectively dispersing vibration
transmission during high-power welding, reducing equipment operating noise, and
adapting to long-term workshop operation scenarios.
