A BCH unit stores energy from the grid, a generator, battery storage or solar PV and delivers it as fast DC charging for electric cars, trucks and machinery, together with AC power for lighting, stages, cabins and equipment. Battery output is quiet and emission-free at the point of use, which suits city-centre events, residential areas and sites with strict environmental rules. Units can be charged in advance at the depot and arrive at the venue ready to work.

Extra Capacity for Peak Seasons at Logistics Depots

European parcel and freight operators see sharp seasonal peaks, when extra electric vans and trucks run longer shifts. Rather than sizing a permanent installation for a few busy weeks, a depot can bring in BCH units for the peak and return them afterwards. High-power models deliver up to 600 kW of DC charging through dual CCS2 guns, and large depot yards make placement straightforward.

Fast Mobilisation and Demobilisation

Each BCH reaches full operational status within 24 hours of arrival. The 880 kg BCH-80-70 moves easily around a site, the BCH-275-200 travels on a 3.5-tonne trailer, and the larger models arrive as single heavy-duty units, so equipment can be set up for a weekend event or a peak season and returned to the yard straight afterwards.

Built for Repeated Transport and Set-Up

Temporary work means frequent loading, transport and set-up, so the BCH is built to take it. Blade LFP battery packs use a high-strength sandwich structure tested for fire, water immersion, high-impact collision and crushing; packs are sealed and liquid-cooled to keep dust out; and BCH-275-200 and larger models carry C4 anti-corrosion coating and CE-certified aerosol fire protection. Every unit is rated for 6,000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge, giving rental fleets a long working life across many seasons.
