This advanced vial filling line combines a washing machine, depyrogenation tunnel (hot air recirculation), filling system, and capping machine, engineered for high-efficiency aseptic production.
Designed to operate within ORABS/CRABS environments, it ensures ISO 5/Class A
compliance for critical zones. The filling unit supports flexible pump
configurations (peristaltic or piston pumps), enabling precision dosing for
liquids, suspensions, or viscous formulations.
Featuring a throughput of 100-400 vials/minute, the line delivers scalable
performance for small-batch to high-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing. The
self-contained depyrogenation tunnel guarantees endotoxin reduction (<0.25
EU/mL) with HEPA-filtered laminar airflow. All components adhere to cGMP and FDA
guidelines, with CIP/SIP capabilities for contamination control.
Ideal for injectables, biologics, and lyophilized products, this modular
system ensures rapid changeovers, minimal downtime, and full traceability via
optional SCADA integration.
